Development of „RESIST 1933–1945. For human rights in Europe“

The educational materials were created as part of the EU-funded project "RESIST - In the name of human rights. Teaching/learning materials dealing with resistance against National Socialism in Europe using the example of France and Germany 1933–1945". The project was co-financed by the EU funding program "Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme" (CERV) for the period April 2022 to April 2024.

The project is based on a transnational cooperation between the Institute for Didactics of Democracy at Leibniz University Hanover, the German Resistance Memorial Center (Berlin), the Centre d'Histoire de la Résistance et de la Déportation (Lyon), the Mémorial National de la prison de Montluc (Lyon) and the Carl and Anneliese Goerdeler Foundation (Leipzig). The Cité Scolaire Internationale (Lyon) is involved as an associated partner.
